Project Features

This project is the main fan system of the energy recovery unit for the flue gas turbine at Changling Petrochemical in Yueyang. It features a high-power motor with strict requirements for starting current and solid-state soft start device performance. The ATA soft start device uses advanced control algorithms to precisely adjust based on the motor's rated voltage and current, gradually increasing voltage and current to allow the motor to accelerate smoothly. This reduces starting current and time, lessening the burden on the motor and the power grid, achieving smooth motor startup. The ATA medium-voltage soft starter has advantages such as low starting current, short starting time, compact size, low power consumption, high reliability, high sensitivity, maintenance-free operation, and easy installation.
