1. If the product fails during use or the user encounters questions when debugging product parameters, the user can call Otto service hotline

2. The customer shall provide the following information when reporting for repair: the name of the on-site contact person, contact information, machine model, number and fault phenomenon;

3. After receiving the customer's fault repair call, Otto service engineer will guide the user through telephone communication and give the troubleshooting plan;

4. In the case that the problem is not solved by telephone communication, arrange engineers to provide on-site service according to the situation of the faulty machine;

5. No matter which way the service is adopted, the ultimate goal is to help customers solve problems before the service is completed.
