Recently, our company received a thank you letter from a client, which affirms and highly praises the professional capabilities and work attitude of our technical service personnel. The company's BPRT relocation project involved a motor power of 16000KW, and the AV56 fan used a set of QB-H10/16000 high-voltage solid-state soft starter from ATA Company. Recently, with the joint efforts of all departments, the project was successfully launched on July 19, operating smoothly and achieving a successful first-time start!

During the commissioning and startup process of the fan, our technical service engineer Yu Zhigang played a key role. He arrived at the site on July 18 and worked continuously for 24 hours, carefully checking the equipment and understanding the on-site situation. During this process, due to many pre-existing issues, our technical service engineer worked diligently without complaint and quickly immersed himself in the work. His meticulous work ensured that the oxidized parts of the equipment were properly handled, cleaned, and polished. He cherished the equipment, cleaning each component to ensure that every part was clean and tidy. While waiting for the motor to start, he picked up a cloth and wiped the control cabinet's exterior. He firmly believes: 'Only when the company develops well can I have a platform for development. My work in after-sales service represents ATA Company, and providing good service to satisfy customers is my primary responsibility.'

During the debugging process, the proficiency and willingness to express opinions of our technical service engineer were admirable. He promptly raised personal opinions on the issues discovered on-site, which were recognized by all parties. This approach significantly shortened the debugging process while optimizing the design plan. This bold move was appreciated by all the technical personnel present. The client expressed admiration for our employees' dedication and efficient execution during this collaboration and looks forward to continuing to work together to create a better future.
